Barbara Taylor

Barbara Hickman Taylor, age 55, of Bladenboro, died Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Duke University Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Coy and Ada Hickman and Roy and Lila Hester. Barbara graduated from Bladenboro High School in 1973 and from Pembroke State University in 1977. She was the manager of Robert C. Hickman Insurance Agency for the past twenty-five years.



She is survived by her husband of thirty-four years, Warren Taylor of the home; her parents Robert and Marjorie Hester Hickman; a brother Curtis Hickman and wife Donna of Morehead City; and two nephews Lawson and Corey Hickman of Raleigh.



Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, November 29, 2010 at Pinecrest Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Rev. Charles Hester.
