Bertha Hall

ELIZABETHTOWN Bertha Jackson Hall, of 404 Woodland Dr., Elizabethtown, died Thursday evening, November 3, at her home.



Funeral services were Sunday, November 6, at 3:00 p.m. at Elizabethtown Presbyterian Church. Burial was at Elizabethtown Cemetery.



Bertha, along with her late husband Oliver Barnes Hall, Sr. opened the Presto Clean and she operated it until her retirement in 1988. She was a member of Elizabethtown Presbyterian Church and an avid sports fan.



She is survived by 2 sons, Oliver Barnes Hall, Jr. and his wife Peggy of Meridian, Mississippi and Dr. Anthony B. Hall and wife Priscilla of Escanaba, Michigan; a daughter, Julie Ann Goodwin and husband Greg of Elizabethtown; 3 grandchildren, Anthony B. Hall, Robert Dane Goodwin, and Thomas Jackson Goodwin.



Memorials may be made to Elizabethtown Presbyterian Church, Bladen County Hospital Foundation, Harrell�s Christian Academy or Lower Cape Fear Hospice, Elizabethtown.
