Billy Cook

Billy Ray Cook, 39, of Elizabethtown, died Sunday, April 16, 2006 at Bladen County Hospital.



Visitation was held Thursday, April 20, 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Bladen Funeral Home. The funeral was conducted Friday, April 21, at Bladen Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m.. Burial was at Old Field Cemetery.



He was predeceased by his father and mother, William Cook & Etha Cook and daughter, Lauren Paige Cook. He is survived by his daughters, Shandi R. Cook of Whiteville, Abigail Cook of Elizabethtown, Alexis Cook of Bladenboro, and Tara Ray Cook of White Lake; grandchildren, Hailey Cook and Katrina Fowler.
