Bobby Merritt

Bobby “Jack” Wayne Merritt, 60, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Merritt Sr. and Mary Hodge Merritt and one brother, Charlie Merritt Jr. Jack leaves behind one son, Michael Caswell of Live Oak; two brothers: Danny Merritt (Barbara) of Fayetteville; Larry Merritt of Ammon; eight sisters: Nolina Hudson (Ray) of Elizabethtown; Alice Hammonds of Ammon; Barbara Robinson (Neil) of Ammon; Dorothy Tatum (Bennett) of Ammon; Donnie Pendergraft of Elizabethtown; Frances Strickland of Ammon; Sheila Dowless of Dublin; Debbie Williams (Rodney) of Ammon; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm on Friday, July 19, 2019 at Briar Branch Baptist Church in Elizabethtown. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm with Rev. Richard Smith officiating.
