Bonnie Dove

Bonnie Hester Dove, 79, of Bladenboro passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Dove; parents: Marvin and Dora Hester; sisters: Annie Cummings and Josephine Neill. Bonnie leaves behind her son: Barry L. Dove (Susan) of Virginia; daughter: Joy Yvette Addington (Shannon) of Bladenboro; brother: M.J. Hester of Bladenboro; sister: Julia Allen of Bladenboro; two grandchildren: Vanessa Mayers, Summer Addington; two great-grandchildren: Ariel Mayers and Blaize Oxendine.

Bonnie was a beautiful lady who treasured her family. She enjoyed sewing, shopping and singing in the church choir. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she loved to cook for the holidays. She will be missed greatly.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd at 1pm in the Oak Grove Original Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Bladenboro with Rev. Elvin Meares and Rev. Henry Ward officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church.
