Charles Turner

Charles Allen Turner, 75, of Bladenboro, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. He was preceded in death by wife: Joann Turner; granddaughter: Madison Durden; father: Charlie Turner; mother: Mildred Turner Hester; step father William E. Hester Sr.; sister: Carolyn Turner Lewis and brother: Billy Hester. Charles is survived by four daughters: Kim Turner of Bladenboro, Terri Turner, Kristie Turner and Sharlene Turner, all of the home; one brother: Jerry Wayne Turner (Judy) of Bladenboro; one sister: Lori Guyton (Ben) of Bladenboro; grandchildren: Makayla Field, Kelsea Rivera and two special little girls: Brooklyn Powers and Lyla Horton, a special niece Jennifer Stewart and children: Ashley and Kenzie Stewart, and Timothy and Tristan Brewster.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 7-9pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 2pm at New Light Church in Bladenboro with Rev. Dale Hester officiating. Burial will follow in Singletary Cemetery at Sandhills in Bladenboro.
