Charley Lassiter

Charley Thomas Lassiter, age 59 of Bladenboro, died Wednesday, September 24, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley Lassiter, Sr. and Annie Johnson Lassiter, and one brother, John Lassiter. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Smith Lassiter, of the home, one brother, Wiley Lassiter, Jr. and wife Rita of Elizabethtown, four sisters: Anna Belle Thompson and husband Morris of Wilmington, Mollie Flowers and husband Buddy of Laurinburg, Ada Hess of Concord, and Myrtle Edwards and husband Clint, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2104 at 1:30 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Bladen County Animal Shelter Adoption Program, 506 Smith Circle, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
