Charlie Cash

Charlie Howard Cash, 76, of Bladenboro passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville. He was born in Bladen County on January 31, 1939 to the late Charlie N. and Lizzie Mae Welty Cash. He was an Army veteran.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Mattie Johnson Cash of the home; one daughter, Jenny Wanzy of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Samantha McLean, Kacheina Maynor, Serenity Wanzy and Jeyla Wanzy.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the funeral home with Clifton Kinlaw officiating. Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery in Bladenboro.
