Connie Harrelson

Connie Lou Beard Harrelson, 76, of Clarkton went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Beard and Thelma Willoughby Beard. Connie leaves behind her loving husband of 59 years, George Harrelson of the home; two sons, Ryan Harrelson (Shanna) of Clarkton; Tony Harrelson of Greensboro; two brothers, Willie Beard of Lisbon, Jerry Beard of Dorchester, SC and one grandchild, Levi Harrelson.

Connie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her 12-year-old grandchild was the apple of her eye. Her compassionate heart and gentle disposition have left an eternal impression in the lives of all those she touched.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown with Rev. Kincy Barrow officiating. All attendees are asked to practice social distancing and wear masks.
