David Hildreth

David L. Hildreth, of Swanzy Street, Elizabethtown, died Friday, November 10, 2006 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. He was 61.



The visitation will be held from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2006 at Bladen Funeral Home. The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2006 at Bladen Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Altman and Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown City Cemetery.



Born February 14, 1945, in Anson County, he was the son of the late W.L. Hildreth, Jr. and Mannie Wetheringdon Hildreth.



He is predeceased by his parents and one brother, Louis Hildreth.



Mr. Hildreth is survived by two brothers, William L. Hildreth III of Albemarle and Calvin E. Hildreth of Riegelwood; one sister Anarah Norris of Elizabethtown; and many nieces and nephews.
