Donna Caulder

Donna Jean Merritt Caulder, 60, of Bladenboro entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 6, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father, George Merritt “Sonny Boy”.

Donna leaves behind her mother, Doris Ward and stepfather, Jerry Ward, her husband, Robert “Lynn” Caulder, children: Robert Caulder Jr. (fiancé Monica Pittman), Lindsey Caulder-Evans (Casey), six grandchildren: Hannah, Jacob, and Nevaeh Caulder, Serenity “Seri” Evans, Jaxon Kestler and Harleigh Kestler, and two sisters, Delena Bledsoe and Dottie Sanchez.

Donna was a loving, christian daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She cherished her family especially her children and grandchildren. They were her life.  She was always so proud of their accomplishments. Donna made sure the holidays were special for everyone, especially Christmas, which was her favorite time of the year. She enjoyed working in her flowers, crocheting, and attending church. Donna was a selfless, compassionate woman who always put others before herself. She leaves a legacy of love and joy in the memories of all that knew her.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm at the Bladenboro Chapel of Bladen Gaskins in Bladenboro on Saturday, August 8, 2020. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ronnie Brisson officiating. Services will conclude in the Allen Cemetery in Dublin.

All attendees are asked to practice social distancing.
