Edgar Brennan

Edgar J. Brennan, 77, of Elizabethtown, died Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Bladen County Hospital.



Born September 8, 1929 in Bladen County, he was the son of the late Levi and Mary Lou Brennan.



He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of the home; son, Dale Brennan of White Lake; daughter, Sue Corbett of White Lake; brothers, Lester Brennan of Elizabethtown, and Johnny Brennan of White Oak; sisters, Betty Smith of Lillington, Hannah Schmidt of New Jersey, and LaRue Lentz of Elizabethtown; and three grandchildren.



The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 18 at Elizabethtown Presbyterian Church with Dr. William G. Young and Rev. Jim Woodruff officiating. Visitation will follow immediately after the service at the church. A private burial will be held prior to the funeral service in the Sam Mote cemetery.
