Edward Cain

Mr. Edward Wade Cain, 92, of Bladenboro passed away August 14, 2103. He was preceded in death by his parents Dillon and Kate Cain, two brothers: Levy and Frank Cain, one sister Annie Fisher and one great grandchild Samantha Boyd. He is survived by one son Eric Cain and wife Joyce of Bladenboro, two granddaughters: Erica Pate and husband Bud of Lumberton and Dawn Cain and fiancé John Boyd of Bladenboro and three great grandchildren: Leta Cain, Thomas Boyd, and Eric Boyd.
Mr. Wade Cain was a lifetime member of Lennons Crossroads Baptist Church where he was a deacon and a trustee. He married the love of his life Louise Evans Cain and they were together for 63 wonderful years until her death in 2002. He farmed for a while in the earlier years and became a business owner of Wade Cain Construction and Bladenboro Home Supply. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 11:00 am at Lennons Crossroads Baptist Church in Evergreen followed by a burial in Kelly Cemetery in Bladenboro, NC.
