Elsie Todd

Elsie Horne Todd, 64, of Clarkton went to her Heavenly home on Saturday, November 21, 2015. She was born on February 14. 1951. She was the daughter of the late Ed Daniel and Ava Horne of Clarkton. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, James Ellis Horne and Homer Daniel Horne, and one sister, RosaLee Horne Watts.

She is survived by her husband, George Terry Todd; two daughters, Donia Todd Pier of Clarkton and Tara Todd Baxley and husband Justin Baxley of Whiteville; two sisters, Patricia Lancaster of Clarkton and Cathy Davis of Shallotte; one brother, Jesse Horne of St. Pauls; granddaughter, Leighanna Nicole Pier; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:00 pm at New Life Church of God, 107 Maultsby Street, Whiteville, NC with Rev. Dewayne Dickerson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery on Red Hill Road, Whiteville, NC
