Esther Savage

Esther Jacqueline Savage, 67, of Council, NC died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Columbus Regional Hospital.



She was born to Robert Adams and Isabelle Guyton Adams on August 29, 1939. Ms. Savage worked as a manager at the Clarkton School cafeteria for 30 years.



Ms. Savage was predeceased by her mother and father, Isabelle & Robert Adams; and a sister, Priscilla \\"Tid\\" Stewart.



She is survived by her husband, Adrian Paul Savage, Sr.; sons, Lynn Savage and wife Connie of Elizabethtown, and Paul Savage, Jr. of Lisbon; brothers, Tullen Adams, Houston Adams, Charles Adams, Bobby Adams, and Tommy Adams all of Bladenboro; sisters, Linda Carroll, Jo Ann Long, and Kathleen Edwards all of Bladenboro; grandchildren, Stacey Savage, Chris Savage, Casey Savage, Colby Savage, and Chandler Savage.



Visitation will be held 6:30 until 8:30 p.m., Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Bladen Funeral Home. The funeral will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24, at Bladen Funeral Home with Rev. David Rutland officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Horeb Church Cemetery.
