Evelyn Edwards

Evelyn Edwards, 80, of Bladenboro, entered into eternal rest July 26, 2008.



Ms Edwards was born to Carson and Alma Hester Bryan on November 29, 1927.



She is preceded in death by her husband, Nash M. Edwards, daughter, Annie Mearle Edwards, two brothers, and one sister.



Ms. Edwards is survived by two sons, Frank Edwards and wife, Eloise of Hamstead, Horace Edwards of Richmond, VA, one daughter, Doris Moss and husband, Jack of Clayton, four brothers, Hubert Bryan of Clarkton, Bennie Earl Bryan of Ocean Isle, G.C. Bryan of Bladenboro, Robert Bryan of Myrtle Beach, one sister Magdalene Bordeaux of Dublin, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.



Visitation will be Monday, July 28, 2008, from 6:00 until 8:00pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home.



The funeral will be Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at 11:00 am at Sandy Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Stroll, Rev. Jerry Beck and Rev. Richard Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Bryan Cemetery
