Florence Brisson

Florence “Betty Faye” Brisson, 79, of Tar Heel passed away at the Angel House in Whiteville on Thursday, September 24, 2020 with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Lema Brisson, grandparents whom she lived with, Charlie and Bessie Brisson and one son, Randall McCall. Left to cherish her memories, one brother, Wade Lee “Bud” Brisson, three nieces and numerous cousins.

Betty Faye was a friendly, outgoing person that loved life and lived it to the fullest. Most of all, she adored her family. Her favorite place to go was the beach to be out in the sunshine.

A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lower Cape Fear Hospice Angel House, 206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all the staff at the Angel House for the care and respect given to Betty during her illness.
