Services: Graveside, 11 a.m. Friday in Kings Cemetery in Dublin.

Visitation: 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Bladen Funeral Home & Cremations in Elizabethtown.

Survived by: Sons, Travis and Justin; daughter, Candi Jacobs; and two grandchildren.
