George Hall

George "Junior" Broughton Hall, Jr., 80, of Tar Heel, died Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at his home.



Born March 22, 1926, in Robeson County, he was the son of George Broughton Hall, Sr. and Eula Allen Hall.



Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Edna S. Hall of the home; sons, Dickie Hall and Ronnie Hall, both of Tar Heel, NC, and Robert Hall of Wilmington; brothers, Stephen A. Hall of Lumberton, James T. Hall of Dublin, and William N. Hall of Lumberton; and one grandson, Scott Hall.



The visitation will be held from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 2006 at Tar Heel Baptist Church, Tar Heel, NC. and at other times at the home. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 20, 2006 at Tar Heel Baptist Church with Dr. Thomas Willoughby officiating. Burial will follow in the Tar Heel Baptist Church Cemetery.
