Grady Bordeaux

Grady Asbury Bordeaux, 81, of Tar Heel went to his eternal home on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife, Glenda Barnes Bordeaux of the home, two sons, Chris Bordeaux of Ivanhoe, Michael Bordeaux of Winterville, GA, stepson Jamie Barnes (Kelly) of Myrtle Beach, SC, daughter Sheila Rains of Council, stepdaughter April Houser (Rick) of Spartanburg, SC, one brother TC Bordeaux of Elizabethtown, four grandchildren, Megan Georgion (Chris), Caleb Rains, Hailey Hammond (Jody), Shane Bordeaux, two step grandchildren, Shawn and Kyle Gray, and three great grandchildren, Emily, Ariel, and Oliver. Grady was preceded in death by his parents, Craven Bordeaux and Julia Hayes Bordeaux and one brother, Harold Bordeaux.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Bethel Church in Dublin with Dr. Mac Roberts and Reverend Warren Hill officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Allen Cemetery in Dublin.

Grady was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He touched so many lives during his teaching career and his work at the Credit Union. Grady was known for his genuine love of people, his contagious smile and his super kind nature. The impact he had on his children, his grandchildren and his community will forever be remembered.
