Gretchen Brown

Gretchen Tatum Brown, 96, of White Oak passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013.
She was born in Bladen County on January 3, 1917 to the late Daniel and Mary Lillie Kinlaw Tatum.

She survived by one son, Ronnie Brown of Hope Mills and one daughter, Sherrill Taylor of Currituck, NC; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at White Oak Baptist Church from 1:00 until 1:45 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Danny Lewis and Rev. Merle Martin officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at other times at the home of Ronnie Brown, 2311 Solomons Pass, Hope Mills, NC 28348.
