Huston Adams

Huston Mindle Adams, 73, of Bladenboro passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at his home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Isabell Adams; brother, Thomas Adams; sisters, Kathleen Edwards, Priscilla (Tid) Stewart and Jacquelyn (Jackie) Savage. He is survived by his brothers, Charles Adams, Bobby Adams, and Tullen Adams all of Bladenboro; sisters, Jo-Ann Long and Linda Carroll both of Bladenboro; and several nephews and nieces.

Huston retired from Federal Paper Board Riegelwood, NC. He had a love of golfing and many golfing friends. He loved to fish and hunt. Since he has been sick, he loved for his friends and family to stop by and talk. He still loved to have his garden, blueberries, and do his own yard work regardless of his health.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. after the visitation with the Rev. Dewayne Lambeth officiating. Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery in Bladenboro, NC.
