James Mcmillian

James Rodney McMillian, age 60, of Elizabethtown passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Mr. McMillian is preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy McMillian and Stanley McMillian and one sister, Teresa Smith. He is survived by his wife, Mary McMillian of the home, parents, Fannie and Rudell McMillian, children: Bristle Edge, Crystal McMillian, Candi Jacobs, Travis Pittman, and Justin Pittman, 12 grandchildren, two sisters, Debbie Watkins and Sharon Smith and one brother Kenneth McMillian.
The family will receive friends between 1-1:45 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 2 pm. Services will be officiated by Rev. Darren Andrews, Rev. Jim Woodruff, and Rev. Ralph Carter. Burial will follow the service at Beards Chapel Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
In lieu of flowers, funds may be donated to the Funeral Fund of James R. McMillian c/o Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home.
