James Singletary

James Carvin Singletary Jr., 75, of Bladenboro passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016. Mr. Singletary is preceded in death by his parents, James and Gertrude Singletary; brother, Bennett Singletary. Survivors include: wife, Alice B. Singletary; son, Clayton Harrelson and wife Vicky of Whiteville; two brothers, Robert "Bobby" Singletary and wife Wanda, Ronald Singletary and wife Wanda, all of Bladenboro; sister, Wanda Shaw Cribb and husband Don of Bladenboro; one grandchild, Bryce Harrelson and many precious nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 1-2:45pm at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Bladenboro. Funeral service will follow at 3pm with Rev. Bruce Miller and Rev. Don Carlyle officiating. Burial will conclude services at Hickory Grove cemetery in Bladenboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hickory Grove Baptist Church Building Fund 6414 Center Rd. Bladenboro, NC 28320.
