Jeanette Brooks

Ms. Jeanette Pait Brooks, 70, of Bladenboro passed away Friday, July 5, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents Clayton and Loise Guyton Pait.

She is survived by two sons: Ernest Edward Smith and wife Lynn of Hope Mills and Allen D. Smith and wife Susan of Greenville, NC; one daughter Judy Leibowitz and husband Jack of Hong Kong; four brothers: Levy Pait of Bladenboro, Jimmy Pait of Whiteville, Billy Ray Pait, and Windell Pait both of Bladenboro two sisters: Jane Pait of Bladenboro and Betty Sue Cummins of Texas and six grandchildren: John Leibowitz, Jeanie Leibowitz, Audrey Smith, Madilyn Smith, Taylor Smith, and Quinton Smith.

Ms. Jeanette Brooks loved her family dearly and had many talents including crocheting, playing the piano, and painting. She will be missed dearly by all who loved her.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Community Baptist Church in Bladenboro followed by a burial in the church cemetery.
