Jimmy Walters

Jimmy Dale Walters, 59, of Clarkton passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Ida Walters. He is survived by his wife, Gennel Walters of Clarkton; mother, Mattie Parham of Lumberton; sons, James West and wife Mary of Cerro Gordo, and Kenneth Walters and wife Donna of Chadbourn; brothers, Joe Simmons and Ray Simmons of Buffaloe, NY, and Bill Parham of Lumberton; sisters, Sue P. Singleton of Southport, Ann P. Cox of Lumberton, Sharon Parham of Lumberton, and Glenda Parham of Southport; eleven grandchildren, Emily Walters, Katlynn Walters, Yazmin Sustaita, Sheyla Sustaita, Courtney W. Edwards and husband Stephen, Megan West Reinhart and husband Jimmy, Claire G. West, Johann Castillo, Alexis Castillo, Raylee Castillo, and Elena West; and five great-grandchildren, Aidan Walters, Carolina Reinhart, Jarrett West, Gabriel Reinhart and Sabastion Edwards.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. following visitation at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Priest and Rev. George Connor officiating.
