Johnnie Williams

Johnnie Williams, 90, of Bladenboro, died Monday September 18, 2006 at Southeastern General Hospital.



Mr. Williams was born December 31, 1915 to Ransom Williams and Mary Hester Williams. He was a member of Bladenboro Church of God for 43 years. Mr. Williams retired after working for Bladen County for many years.



Mr. Williams was predeceased by his wife, Willie Ann; son, J.W. Williams; and parents, Ransom and Mary Williams. He is survived by his daughters, Barbara Hedgpeth, Virginia Gause and Jean Adams all of Bladenboro; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.



The visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at Bladenboro Church of God. The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 Wednesday September 20, 2006 at Bladenboro Church of God with Rev. Clifton Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Bladenboro.
