Johnny Bordeaux

Johnny Durham Bordeaux, age 70, of Dublin, died Friday, October 28, 2011 at home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Young Bordeaux and Muriel Nance Bordeaux; and his wife Magdalene Bordeaux.



He is survived by two sons, Johnny Darryl Bordeaux of Elizabethtown and Randy Bordeaux of Fayetteville; a daughter, Mylinda Mote of Elizabethtown; a brother, Jerry Bordeaux of New York; three sisters, Wanda Singletary of Dublin, Gayle Priest of Tar Heel, and Deloris Brisson of Dublin; five grandchildren, Travis Sellers, Brittany Mote, Tristina Bordeaux, Sydney Bordeaux, and Kendall Vogt.



The family will receive friends on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Dublin First Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Cameron McGill. Burial will follow in the Bordeaux Cemetery.
