Johnny Hall

Johnny Elmore Hall, 94, of Bladenboro, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents: Thurman and Savannah Hall; wife, Ida Rae Hall and three infant grandchildren. Johnny leaves behind two sons: Larry and Wayne Hall, both of Albemarle; four daughters: Janice Faye Tucker of Southport, Gayle Powell and husband Alex of Fair Bluff, Debra Duque of Cary, Cynthia Stone Wilson of Fair Bluff; 21 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and several great, great-grandchildren.

Johnny was originally from Mt. Airy, NC. He drove an 18-wheeler for most of his life.  He loved attending church, singing, and playing the guitar. He enjoyed fishing from the pier and would take all his girls with him. Johnny treasured his children, grandchildren, and his Bethel Baptist church family.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Allen Cemetery in Dublin with Rev. Warren Hill officiating. All attendees are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
