Jonathan Stocks

Jonathan Ikie Stocks, age 38, of Bladenboro passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father: John Roger Stocks, maternal grandmother: Betty Thompson Priest, paternal grandmother: Mattie Jane Feltwell and uncle: Jimmy Feltwell. Ikie leaves behind his mother Melissa Stocks and step-father: Johnny Packer of Clarkton; fiancé: Renee Bowen of Bladenboro; son: Devan McCrae Stocks; daughter: Paisley Rae Stocks; step-daughter: Alyssa Hamilton; sister: Kimberly Dawn Stocks; nephew: Cayden Riley Stocks; paternal grandfather: James Feltwell; two half brothers: Christopher and Joseph Feltwell; several aunts and uncles, and three special friends: Cory Collins, Andy Horne, and Aaron Newkirk.

Ikie was a quiet, fun loving guy. He was a friend to everyone and loved life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid sports fan. Ikie loved the Carolina Panthers and the Boston Red Sox. He was especially excited that the Red Sox won the World Series this year. Ikie was adored by his family and the many friends he made over the years. A young life gone way too soon but will forever live in the hearts of all those that had the great pleasure of knowing him.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow the services in the Clarkton Cemetery. At other times, friends will be received at the home of Melissa Stocks, 3057 Burney Ford Rd, Clarkton, NC 28433.
