Joseph Higgs

Joseph "JT" Thomas Higgs, 17 months, of Elizabethtown gained his angel wings on June 8, 2017. He is survived by his parents Jacobe Higgs and Kelsey Cox of the home, Paternal grandparents Joseph and Nancy Higgs of Elizabethtown, great paternal grandmothers Maryann Haymaker of VA and Sally Rebyak of PA, uncle Joshua Higgs of Wilmington; maternal grandparents Robin and Candy Cox of Bladenboro, maternal great grandmother Joyce Campbell of Sanford; maternal great grandparents Craven and Lillie Sealey of Evergreen and aunt Haley Cox of Raleigh.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 7 pm at Bladenboro Historical Building in Bladenboro. In honor of JT, the family request that you come in casual dress or in your "JT" attire (T-shirt, hat, etc.).
