Joseph Mcdaniel

Joseph Forrest McDaniel, 73, of Dublin passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013. Joseph loved animals and to fish and loved to eat his catch. He loved his church Dublin PFWB Church where he was a longtime member; he was there as much as he was able to be.
He was born in Bladen County on February 2, 1940 to the late George F. and Alma D. McDaniel. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Sally Virginia McDaniel and Angelina Parker; four brothers, Edwin, Flavius, Herman and Hughlon.
He is survived by one brother, George H. McDaniel and wife Wilhelmina of Elizabethtown, and two sisters, Marie Davis and husband James of Elizabethtown and Jo Ann Parker and husband Jimmy of Whiteville, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. The funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Joe Foster officiating. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery.
