Judith Callahan

Judith Ann Callahan, 65, of Abbottsburg went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

Judy was born on March 14, 1955 to the late Floyd Carlton Hayes and Alma Ruth Hayes of Abbottsburg. Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Glenn Callahan Sr. of Bladenboro. She is survived by her son, Bobby Glenn Callahan Jr. and wife Tammy of Bladenboro, her daughter Anna Marie Beverage and husband Jeremy of Fayetteville, three brothers: Walter Hayes and wife Peggy of Dublin, Lloyd Hayes of Bladenboro, and Gregory Hayes and wife Tammy of Bladenboro, and seven grandchildren: Marissa Bailey, Kirstyn Bailey, Aydin Graham, Scott Callahan, Glenn Callahan, Desiree Callahan, and Santanna Kinlaw.

Judy was a lively and kind woman who loved the Lord and her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed the beach, westerns, the Clarkton fire department and sitting on the porch watching the deer, rabbits, and turkeys in the field. Judy loved to talk and never met a stranger.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 11:00 am with Rev. Warren Hill officiating. At other times, the family will receive friends at 132 Hayes Pait Rd, Bladenboro, NC 28320. All attendees should wear a mask and practice social distancing.
