Kaleb Deshawn Harris, 17, of Raeford left this world unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. He was born in Cumberland County on September 5, 2004. Kaleb leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Clifton Plank and Kathleen Anderson, of the home, son Tristen Harris of Fayetteville, two brothers, DaeSean Anderson and Derek Plank, one sister, Aaliyah Anderson, all of the home, maternal great grandparents Earl and Carold Harris of White Oak, three aunts, Sandra Chee (KC), Michelle Smith, Jessica Harris, and a special family friend, Damien Charles. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and one uncle, Michael Harris.
Kaleb was a rising Senior of Hoke County High School. Like most teenagers, his days were spent playing soccer, hanging with his friends, and watching sports on tv. He was a die-hard New England Patriots fan. He and his family loved to sit and watch football together. He was an amazing, loving big brother who enjoyed using his role as the oldest to pick on his little brothers and sister. Kaleb was an intelligent young man with a big heart. He especially had a soft spot for his son, Tristen. His sudden departure has left a void that will never be filled. His family and friends will always remember the generous amount of love, laughter, and joy he brought to their lives.
