Linda Hood

Linda Faye Hood, age 69, of Elizabethtown passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anson and Mary McLamb Phillips, and one sister, Patricia Prevatte.

She is survived by one son, Anthony Mitchell of Grand Prairie, Texas; one daughter, Joyce Gautier and husband Leroy of Hope Mills; six grandchildren, Bud Hall, Angela Mitchell, Renee' Hall, Amanda Foster, Tina Ivey and Tony Gautier; eight great grandchildren, James Foster, Joshua Foster, Alexis Foster, Katelyn Grantham, Micah Mitchell, Avan Bryang, Kenlyn MaGee and Jonathan Smith.

The family will greet friends on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 1:00 until 1:45 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown.
