Linda Walters

Linda Sue Deaver Walters, age 53 of Bladenboro, died Friday, July 18, 214 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her father "Pig" Deaver.

She is survived by her mother, Ann Pittman of Butters and step-father, Mard "June" Pittman of Butters; husband Tony Benton of the home; a daughter, Trudy McMillan of Harrells; a brother, Jacky Deaver and wife Norma Jean of Butters; two sisters, Betty Deaver Inman and husband James of Bladenboro and JoAnn Deaver of Butters; two grandchildren Alysa Demery and Chase McMillan; and nieces and nephews, Kelly Jean, Jennie, Travis and Jessica.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at Lewis Cemetery.
