Linda Woods

Linda Ann Woods, 73, of Riegelwood, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thelbert and Edna Maultsby, and husband, Harry S. Woods. Survivors include: son, Furney Romaro Woods and wife Lisa of Delco; daughter and caregiver, Loraine Woods-Atkinson and husband Reggie of Riegelwood, sisters: Shelby Hobbs of Riegelwood and Margaret Bordeaux of Leland. Grandchild: Cody Woods-Atkinson. A special niece Donna Hobbs. Special Friends: Tommy Redmond and Vera Mills.
Linda loved fishing, caring for the elders, dancing, yardwork, singing, her grandson, and was looking forward to traveling.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Carvers Creek United Methodist Church in Council. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 11 am at Carvers Creek United Methodist Church with Rev. Jimmie Tatum and Rev. May Craven officiating. Burial will follow service in church cemetery.
Ladies of the church to serve family following services in fellowship hall.
