Lonnie King

Lonnie \\"Ronald\\" King, 82, of Dublin entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 12, 2010.He was born in Bladen County on January 1, 1928 to the late Lonnie Sherwood and Norine Taylor King. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth King and a daughter-in-law, Linda King.



He is survived by three sons, Jerry King and his wife Betty of Core Point, NC, Lonnie "Randy" King and Larry King and his wife Phyllis both of Elizabethtown; one daughter , Rhonda Bordeaux and her husband Murray of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Lynn and Grady King both of Dublin; one sister, Doris Outlaw of Topsoil Beach; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.



The family will receive friends on Friday, October 15, 2010 from 6-8:00 pm at Singletary United Methodist Church in Dublin at other times at the home of Murray and Rhonda Bordeaux, 3667 Owen Hill Road, Elizabethtown.



Services will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010, at 11:00 am at Singletary United Methodist Church with Rev. Lamont Hemigher and Rev. Cameron McGill officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
