Lori Ann Guyton, 55, of Bladenboro passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Mildred Hester, one daughter: Morgan Ivy Guyton, four brothers: Billy Hester, Ronnie Hester, Charles Turner, and Jerry Turner and one sister: Carolyn Lewis. Lori is survived by her husband Benjamin Guyton Jr. of the home, one son: Clint Owens and wife Amber of Bladenboro, two daughters: Rachel Irias and husband Harry of Asheville, NC; and Summer Lennon and husband Forrest of Bladenboro; three special "sisters": Belinda Caulder, Pat James, and Mary Grainger; four grandchildren: Kyrstin, Gabrielle, Riley Owens and Salem Lennon. She also leaves behind countless other family members that were loved dearly.
Lori was a devoted Christian wife, mama and Mimi. She loved her family fiercely and had a passion for Southern Gospel music and the Great Smoky Mountains. Lori was loved by many and will be missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm on Wednesday, June 6th at the First Assembly of God Church in Bladenboro. A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Thursday, June 7th at First Assembly of God with Rev. Anthony Hardin and Rev. Bobby Carden officiating. Burial will follow the services in Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown.
