Lucille Mckeithan

Lucille Ward McKeithan, 92, of Bladenboro, died Sunday, October 1, 2006 at her home.



She was born to James Ward and Jennie McCumbee Ward on August 12, 1914. Ms. McKeithan was the last living Charter member of New Light Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church.



She was predeceased by her husband, Grover McKeithan; two sisters; two brothers; and one half brother.



She is survived by two sons, Lonnie McKeithan and Horace McKeithan, both of Bladenboro; daughter, Katie Bowen of Bladenboro; one half brother, Perry Guyton of Bladenboro; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.



The visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at New Light Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church, Bladenboro. The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at New Light Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Cox and Rev. Cameron McGill officiating. The burial will follow in Lewis Cemetery, Bladenboro.
