Maria Hester

Maria Lennon Hester, 31, of Bladenboro passed away Monday, April 4, 2016. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mary and Joseph L. Lennon Sr., her maternal grandparents, Billy and Marie Gibbs Hartis, and an infant sister, Jennifer M. Lennon. Survivors include her husband, Ronald C. Hester of the home, son Cayden Hester of the home, parents, Joseph Jr. and Ann Lennon of Elizabethtown, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Maria had a sweet personality and always wore a smile on her face. She was always there in a crisis, willing to lend a helping hand. She enjoyed going to the beach and loved her little boy, Cayden more than life itself. She will truly be missed.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am-12:15 pm Saturday, April 9, 2016 at White Lake Baptist Church in White Lake, NC followed by a funeral service at 12:30 pm. Burial will follow the services at Everette Lennon Smith Cemetery (Off of Sweet Home Church Rd) in Elizabethtown.
