Mary Boswell

Mary Ila Russ Boswell, age 61, passed away at her home in Hope Mills, NC on Thursday, August 30, 2018.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Hazel Russ. She leaves behind her husband of 26 years, Michael T. Boswell. one brother: David Russ; one sister: Mickey Packer; two nieces: Deanna Packer, Amanda Russ; four nephews: Billy Paul Packer, Gaston Russ, Josh Russ, and Joe Russ. She also had numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mary graduated from Bladenboro High School in 1976. She loved to garden and enjoyed feeding the birds and her favorite hummingbirds. Mary loved cats and dogs and worked for a few different veterinarians. We called her the cat whisperer.

The family will receive friends at the home of Deanna Packer 738 Storms Road Bladenboro, NC 28320 from 1-4pm on Sunday, September 2nd and will have a memorial service at 5pm.
