Mary Hester

Mrs. Mary Thelma Hester, 81, of Bladenboro passed away on Saturday, October 20 2012.

Thelma was married to Broadus in 1953. She was a loving wife and mother. She worked at Bridger Drug Store for nineteen or more years. She also served as pianist at Galeed Baptist Church. She was a chore provider for the senior citizens of Bladenboro. She loved to help others.

She is survived by her loving husband, Broadus Hester Sr. and a son, Broadus Hester Jr.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 1:45 pm

Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Galeed Baptist Church in Bladenboro.

A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at the church with the Rev. Bruce Cannon and the Rev. Jason Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
