Patricia Dowless

Patricia Britt Dowless, 70 of Bladenboro passed away on November 7, 2012.



The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 7 to 9 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home.



Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Center Road Baptist Church at 3:00 pm, with Rev. David Rutland, and Bobby Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Allen Cemetery on old Hwy. 41.



Pat is predeceased by her mother and father, Buddy and Tillie Sessoms Britt. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She also loved her brothers and sister. She had a great appreciation for her church family. Some of her favorite things were yard sales, mountain and beach trips, loving and caring for her plants, and spending time with her family. She loved her grandchildren dearly.



Ms. Dowless is survived by her husband, Mr. Harold Dowless of the home, one son, Len Dowless of Bladenboro, two daughters, Donna Dowless of Elizabethtown, Sheila Hagood and husband Tom of Elizabethtown, four brothers, Herbert Britt, of Elizabethtown, Johnny Britt of Asheboro, Jerry Britt of Columbia, SC, Ronald Britt of New Mexico, one sister, Wanda Everette of Elizabethtown, three grandchildren, James Green and wife, Kandace, Tiffany Dowless Davis and husband Derek, Joseph Dowless, and one great grandchild, Isabella Nicole Green.
