Patricia Horne

Patricia “Pat” Nan Godwin Horne, 70, of Thomasville passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Ray Godwin and Eva Mae Edwards Godwin and one son, Patrick Bryant. She leaves behind her husband Lemar Horne of the home, one son Phillip Ludlum of Bladenboro, three sisters, Sharon Meismer (Kay) of Bladenboro, twin sister Pam Godwin Hamilton (Calvin) of Bladenboro, and Marsha Bridges of Sumter, SC, two grandchildren Josie Hickman (Bryan) and Alanna Ludlum and one great grandchild Brynlee Hickman.

Pat was a simple, laid back woman and always the life of the party at any event with her witty sense of humor. You could not help but love her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her fur baby, Dixie. She loved the beach and just enjoying what life had to offer. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 pm on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Bladenboro Chapel of Bladen Gaskins in Bladenboro followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm with Rev. Kay F. Meismer officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Lewis Cemetery in Bladenboro.
