Patricia Morris

Patricia Ann Autry Morris, 56 of Hampstead, NC went home to the Lord on Friday, March 6, 2015. She was born in Forsyth County on February 13, 1959 the daughter of James Bradley Autry and the late Shirleen Ann Brown Autry.

Patty was a loving wife, mother, daughter and grandmother. She loved the Lord and showed it every day. Like her mother she was a great cook.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirleen, her 1st husband Richard Dale Beckworth, son Timothy "Timmy" Beckworth, and a sister Lesa Autry Atkins, and a step-brother, Paul Wayne Dezern.

Patty is survived by her husband, C. J. Morris; a daughter, Angela Dale Beckworth, a son, Joshua Lee Morris, step-daughter, Amanda Morris and step-son, Chris Morris, her father, James Bradley Autry and step-mother, Anice Rose Autry; three grandchildren, Brittney Ann Beckworth, Richard "Skyler" Andrews and Jacklyn Rose Andrews; four step-grandchildren, Jesse Rollins, Christian Morris, Hoke Morris and Kassey Morris; brothers, Russell James Autry and wife Mildred and Christopher "Chris" Bradley Autry and wife Kim; one step-brother, Johnny Dezern and one step-sister, Sharron Brown and husband Russ.
Patty has many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 2:30 until 3:30 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 4:00 pm at Old Field Cemetery with Rev. Bryon Griffin officiating.
