Peggy Barrow

Peggy Joyce Allen Barrow, 78, of Clarkton went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 10, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Allen and Edna Smith Allen and her husband, Elmer Lee Barrow. Peggy leaves behind three sons: Kincy Barrow (Lori) of Clarkton; Greg Barrow (Tracey) of Lenior: and Tim Barrow (Marci) of Cove City; one sister, Betty Lou Braddock of Greensboro; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Peggy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her favorite place to be was on the coast. She enjoyed fishing, attending church and singing for the Lord. Peggy leaves a legacy of love and strong faith with her loved ones who will miss her a great deal until their reunion day in heaven.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 13th at 2:00 pm at the White’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Clarkton with Rev. Kincy Barrow and Rev. Merle Johnson officiating.
