Peggy Hill

Peggy Bullard Hill, 85, of Elizabethtown passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, John H. Bullard and Eva Woodell Bullard and two husbands, Gerald Clark and John Paul Hill. Peggy leaves behind one son, Jerry Clark of Dublin; two daughters, Beth Wright and Paula Evans, both of Dublin; one brother, Walter Bullard (Jean) of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Peggy was a loving, Christian lady who cherished her family and her church. She enjoyed fellowship with others and encouraged everyone to have a smile on their face. A church clerk for Dublin First Baptist for several years, Peggy was always the first one at church, the first to make sure a family was fed in times of bereavement, and a huge supporter of any Youth fundraiser. Cooking was one of her hobbies and her brownies were heavenly tasting. Peggy always put others before herself. Her compassion, cheery disposition and charity for others will eternally be missed.

Due to the COVID 19 outbreak, a private graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2020.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Dublin First Baptist Church.
