Phyllis Norris

Phyllis Butler Norris, 65, of Bladenboro passed away on Monday, November 22, 2010. She was born in Bladen County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mae Butler; two sons, Keith Lee Butler and James "Charlie Brown" Rich; one sister, Elizabeth "Libby" Rankin; two brothers, Eugene Butler and Henry Charles Butler.



She is survived by two sons, Stephen Daniel Norris and Derrick Channing Rich; five sisters, Eunice Russ of the home, Devola Perry and husband Bill of Lumberton, Earlene Mishoe of Bladenboro, Peggy Dowless and husband Ray of Bladenboro, Agnes Ellis of Richardson; one brother, Robbie Butler and wife Jill of Bladenboro; nine grandchildren; seventeen nieces and eleven nephews.



The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home.



Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 26, 2010 at 11:00 am at Faith Fellowship Holiness Church in Bladenboro with Rev. Johnny Causey and Rev. Elvin Meares officiating. Burial will follow in Singletary Cemetery at Sandhills.
