Retta Nye

Retta Alexander Nye, age 80 of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, December 27, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Nye. She is survived by her sons, Dean K. Nye of Elizabethtown, and Shawn Nye and wife Ashley of Whiteville; daughters, Jan Lewis and husband Jimmy and Pamela Nye all of Elizabethtown; grandchildren, Charlotte, Hailee, Autumn and Lyla Nye, Jimmy Lewis, Nick Vigari and Jessica Bordeaux; and great grandchildren Luke Lewis and Annabelle Bordeaux.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 29, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Horeb Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Chris Carroll.
